Once a call is answered and message taken, we forward it via email, SMS or direct telephone contact to the intended recipient or department. As we offer a fully customisable service, you can design processes so calls are diverted to certain people or teams at particular times.

Service Description
This service includes managing incoming calls answered in your chosen greeting. Includes managing a contact list or departments, whereby the message details can be forwarded directly to an individual or department within the contact list. Includes email notification of message detail and obtaining Name of Individual or Department for whom the message is directed, Caller Name, Return Telephone Number and Brief Message.
